On August 10, 2022, the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) published several proposed revisions to regulations at Parts 502, 556, 558, and 585. The original deadline for comment submission has been extended to the end of this week. The Indian Gaming Association (IGA) submitted comments, which are included below as a template, and urges its Member Tribes to submit comments on these important proposed regulation changes.
